WOW. I am a mess after watching that video. I agree that "inspire" is an overused word, but his story truly is inspiring. He is a hottie too : ) I feel like true inspiration is rare & it needs a combination of elements to strike, but when it does...watch out! I am so happy it has struck you Mandy, you deserve it so much xoxo

Mandy I'm so glad this clip resonated with you, I found it incredibly moving. I always love stories that exemplify the human drive to live and to live well, especially when overcoming obstacles. I can attest to the speed of time passing, Tod and I will be married 25 years this October and our babies and toddlers are now college graduates and college and high school students.... I can't tell you how fast that went!!! I wear a bracelet that a good friend gave me that simply states Carpe Diem (seize the day) The older I get the more I try to live that philosophy.... Good luck with your training for the breast cancer walk, all of us with friends who are fighting the disease appreciate your efforts. I will pass along any other clips that I find "inspiring"

This is great - and you look great in your burfday pics! xoxo

Ditto to what Cathy and Missy have said. We are right behind you all the way. Love you.

Mandy, this moved me to tears. Thank you for a wonderful, thought provoking post.

It also strikes me how you, TerrBear and the relationship you have are such great blessings. I am so grateful to have you both in my life. He is my inspiration and so are you. Love you!
